Not Just a Yorkie. A Sunshine Parti Yorkie.
Welcome to Sunshine Parti Yorkies, a small Yorkshire Terrier breeder in South Florida specializing in beautiful Parti Yorkies and select Yorkie colors. Our puppies are raised in a loving, hands-on home environment where they receive individual attention, care, and socialization from an early age.
While Parti Yorkies are at the heart of our breeding program, we also raise Yorkshire Terriers in a variety of beautiful colors, including Traditional Yorkies, Chocolate Yorkies, Chocolate Parti Yorkies, and Sable Yorkies, depending on our available and planned litters.
Our goal is to raise healthy, well-socialized Yorkshire Terrier puppies with the affectionate, confident, and spirited personalities that make Yorkies such wonderful companions. As a small breeder, we’re able to devote personal attention to our puppies and help each family find the Yorkie that’s right for them.
Located in South Florida but serving families nationwide, we can arrange safe, professional delivery throughout the United States with a trusted puppy flight nanny. Your puppy travels in the airplane cabin with their lap nanny and is never shipped as cargo or placed in a shipping container, providing personal care and attention throughout the journey.

Responsible Yorkshire Terrier Breeding
At Sunshine Parti Yorkies, the health, temperament, and well-being of our Yorkshire Terriers are at the heart of our breeding program. We thoughtfully select our breeding dogs with careful consideration of health, genetics, temperament, structure, and the characteristics we value in the Yorkshire Terrier breed.
Our parent dogs are AKC registered and receive regular veterinary care. We believe responsible breeding begins long before a litter arrives, which is why careful breeding decisions, proper care, early socialization, and individual attention are important parts of how we raise our puppies.
As a small Yorkshire Terrier breeder specializing in Parti Yorkies and select Yorkie colors, we’re able to take a personal, hands-on approach with each litter. Our puppies are raised in a loving home environment and given the care and socialization they need as they prepare to join their new families.
Our goal is simple: to produce healthy, beautiful, well-socialized Yorkshire Terrier puppies with wonderful temperaments while preserving the qualities that make the Yorkie such a special companion.
