About Sunshine Parti Yorkies
A Love for Yorkies More Than 25 Years in the Making
Sunshine Parti Yorkies LLC is a small, family-operated Yorkshire Terrier breeder located in Southeast Florida, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, proudly serving families throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, as well as Yorkie families across the country. Our family has loved and raised Yorkshire Terriers for more than 25 years, and that experience and affection for the breed eventually grew into what Sunshine Parti Yorkies is today.
We intentionally produce a limited number of litters each year, allowing us to give our dogs and puppies the individual attention and hands-on care they deserve. Our sires and dams aren’t simply part of a breeding program—they are loved members of our family who share our home and our lives.
Our love for animals extends well beyond Yorkies. Over the years, our family has also been involved in animal rescue, fostering, and rehoming animals in need, experiences that have further shaped our commitment to responsible pet ownership and the lifelong well-being of the puppies we raise.
Raised in Our Home. Prepared for Yours.
Socialization begins from the very start. Our puppies are raised inside our family home with daily handling, interaction with adults and children, age-appropriate stimulation, and, as they develop, safe introductions to other pets and everyday household experiences.
Our goal is to help each puppy develop into a confident, affectionate, and well-adjusted companion before the day comes to leave our family and become part of yours.
Although we’re located in South Florida, Sunshine Parti Yorkie families can be found well beyond the Sunshine State. For families who cannot pick up their puppy personally, we offer nationwide delivery with professional flight nannies who personally accompany your puppy in the airplane cabin—never as cargo.
